So this is kinda the thing… Despite the fact that I’m over-the-hill and am considering TRT, I can play basketball. I’m not like crazy good or anything, but I can hold my own against most people that can play ball. I hurt myself probably 23% of the time, and I have to take extended breaks, but the fact that (playing) basketball has been a significant part of my life (30+ years), I can play ball. And..I can run.
