Looking at the Nike vs. John Geiger and the Vans vs. MSCHF lawsuit, why is it that a company like Balenciaga can get away with biting styles TIME after TIME and no one bats an eye.
I mean this is like…SO obviously biting.
Why doesn’t Balenciaga copy Nike? Why don’t they copy Adidas?
Is it because ASICS doesn’t have a massive legal team? Is it because they don’t care? Is it because the Balenciaga validation inadvertently helps ASICS? Or…what is it? Why doesn’t ASICS go after Balenciaga?
