Good news, Kobe lovers…y’all might yet see a pair of 6’s on the horizon for a relatively affordable price point!
To put 237k pairs into context…that’s nearly a quarter of a million pairs…of a Kobe. Only time I ever hear the words ‘…million pairs’ it’s always in the context of Xmas Jordan XI’s. Maybe this is Nikes way to start injecting Kobe’s into their Xmas tradition of XI’s? Not a bad idea…
Kinda wild that this is just a single color way (much more accessible, than, say, 10k pairs in a quarter of a million colorways 😂)
TBH I could care less about this release…for me, most Kobe’s that have released post-2020 have become more of a spectacle than anything…give me a pair of Camo 8’s or Barcelona 8’s and I’m good for life. Don’t get me wrong - I DO like them, 6’s are such a cool texture, I just know that if I owned them I’d never wear them. I really don’t need any more shiny plastic shoes I ain’t gonna wear. (Which is also a major part of the reason I made that #824pack Kobe trading card set…Easier for me to admire via cards than on feet)…
