I’m always kinda fascinated with how much a slight change in branding makes…and here we have another from Merrell and Anta on over the Nike.
I think I bought one pair of *minimalist* @merrell (zero drop) back in 2011 for some trail running and I bought one pair of @antasportsofficial about a year ago cuz they looked rare (Klay Tea Leaves or something similar)…
The Merrill’s popped up on my feed the other day and I thought ‘those are dope - throw a @salehebembury colorway on them and I guarantee they go triple platinum’
The image of the Antas looks to have leaked about 2 years ago…and I’m only able to find one or two images in the whole of the internet…I believe they’re called ‘Karst’, and, although I’m not into that colorway, can see it also making a dent in some kind of wacky colorway
Question is…would you rock either of these (without the swoosh) and if not, could a swoosh persuade you to rock?
Personally would prefer the Merrell but could get down with both as is…
