AM90’s were like the first ‘retro’ Air Max that I really went ham for. I don’t know that I ever saw Air Maxes before the 97’s (grew up in the mountains)...so I don’t have much of a frame of reference for when they first dropped, but they really hit my radar in probably 2003 or 2004. I found a shitload of pairs at these old sneaker stores on South Street in Philadelphia in 2004/2005 and copped them all for super cheap. Raiders, Pythons, Blue/Baby Blue, etc. I had a pretty formidable collection of 90’s for quite a while…
My favorite models - obviously the DQM 90, KOTM 90, and the Sertig 90. Would LOVE to see the Sertig again…
