I swear almost every time I come across a pair of used Flightposite 1’s I always immediately have to check the sole. 9 times out of 10…I swear…the soles are done. Irreparable. Why?

I mean the obvious answer would be that the materials they use for the soles is just too thin or not strong enough…but then you’d think ‘oh maybe they’d fix it with the retro’…but when you see it’s not fixed and might even be worse you could say ‘this might just be a very poorly designed sole.’

I don’t know why but it would seem that Nike would surely have to have one shoe that’s sole wears out alarmingly faster than the upper, but why’s it gotta be the Flightposite 1?
