So I have this student...he’s one hell of a skateboarder. He has a job on the weekend with his aunt at the local flea market and I often see him when I’m searching for some steals. ⁣⁣⁣

About two weeks ago - I stopped by his stall and he was super excited (he doesn’t get excited often) - but he said ‘Mr. Platt check out what I got!’ He runs into the back and comes out with a BRAND NEW Pair of Nike SB x Kevin Bradley’s in his size. Stoked. I was happy for him - he found a dope pair of SBs to wear. ⁣⁣⁣

The next time I saw him, Tuesday afternoon, I see him walking towards my class and I look at his feet. Sure enough, he’s wearing the Kevin Bradley’s...but...they’ve been skated in. If he were a crappy skater I might feel differently but I know he rocked the hell out of them for those two days 😂
