I’m not one who totally understands the fashion world so I remember thinking ‘man, if Kobe is willing to go out on a limb with these pics, clearly he knows something that I don’t.’ Nah, that’s not how it worked out. These were a bad decision back then and they didn’t age well, either.⁣

Looking back on these pics now - in the age of social media and rappers who floss $400k beds (s/o @champagnepapi ) - theses pics aren’t even all that wild by today’s standards. At the time, though - the early 2000s - they were beyond shocking.⁣
