I’d say this is probably the first sneaker box I actually coveted. At the time I think the story was that there were only 24 of these available for friends and family of the colorway designer @123dortiz (if I’m wrong please correct me ). Some minor changes to the shoes to compliment the special box included a branded tongue tag and insoles.⁣

This was a dope not-exactly-hyped collab that actually sold out over a span of several days- I remember buying the last size 9 for retail from Dave himself (regular box) a few days after release.⁣

If you’ve been following me for a while you know this is like my favorite shoe of all time - even if I were somehow able to get my hands on this box - I don’t even know what I’d do with it.⁣ I can't wear it. I have a small apartment. Maybe one day I'd put on the mantle of my fireplace or something. Who knows. ⁣
Anyway - enjoy the shenanigans with the B&J special box. If I had one off those I’d sell it immediately 😂 ⁣
