Not trying to beat a dead horse here, but a lot of y’all don’t know the history of what y’all are talking about and it shows. Shoes are whatever YOU make them...Not what someone else tells you to make of them.  
 
This was recently posted by @hartcopy - again if you’re not following that account I’d recommend it. Basically a throwback to my post from earlier - a big part of skateboard culture was once about anti-corporatism and very specifically anti-Nike.  
 
Not to say things can’t change, but I get a little pissy when people try to exclude others for the most banal of reasons (it’s the high school teacher in me). Kinda funny how accepted @nikesb is now that we got people trying to prevent non-skaters from owning or wearing ‘their’ Nike shoes 😂
