This...right here...this is called ‘foreshadowing’...or...’a sign of things to come.’ 
 
The other day I hit my storage unit and was about to cross the street when I looked down and saw a baseball card. Not exactly an epiphany, but a card nonetheless. No clue who the player is, but I recognized the card itself...the style...it’s from the junk wax era - when baseball card companies started making money and overproduced the hell out of cards to the point that now they are virtually worthless.  
 
It’s not like I frequently walk around and just come across baseball cards on the sidewalks...but this one...it was there. 
 
Why is this ‘foreshadowing’? Why does it matter? Well, all of the ‘coming soon’ posts I’ve been making have been leading up to the two items you see in this pic - sports cards and sneakers.
