In addition to sneakers, Supreme, handbags, toys and sports cards, @stockx now brokers the sale of webcams. Yes. Webcams. Search it up. You can now flip webcams.

Apparently, when COVID started and everyone (who could) had to work from home, webcam sales went through the roof. Flippers gonna flip.

I dunno...people often refer to sneakerheads as like a *bad* thing. Like those grown crybabies coming to my page to tell me to ‘stick to sneakers’. I’ve been a ‘sneakerhead’ for 25+ years and I feel like the flippers have taken a chunk out of what I love, too. Flippers are flippers. Sneakerheads are sneakerheads. I don’t think they’re the same thing. I’ve known sneaker guys for 20+ years who couldn’t give a damn about flippin any of these shoes that people are building bots for...nothing against the bot builders NOR the flippers...that’s business. Keep in mind - after the flippers move on to the next thing (looks to be cards) there are going to still be those real sneakerheads at the end of the day who couldn’t give a damn about making a buck. There are plenty of sneakerheads that care about sneakers and looking out for their homies. That’s what a ‘sneakerhead’ is.

StockX has its moments and they’ve provided a valuable service for a lot of sneakerheads, but after it’s all been said and done it appears to me that StockX was built for the flip.
