IMO - this was all a calculated social effort to get as many eyes on the @warrenlotas brand as possible. Once the $10M arrived and he saw it in his bank account, it must’ve been pretty difficult to give it back. I’m assuming he knew he wasnt going to be able to get away with it with the numbers he was doing.
But whatever he did worked... it seems all eyes are on him now anyway...
