Shared with me by @sneakerlawyer and @whitemencantjumpman - I skimmed the whole list a few times...there weren’t any names that really jumped out at me...although...the name Darryl Johnson kinda stood out (a guy with the same name plays for the @buffalobills )...
After seeing that lawsuit that Nike filed and the list of the companies...I have a few questions…
1. Do you recognize any of the companies? If so, which?
2. Do you see this as GOOD for the sneaker 'hobby' (I didn't say sneaker 'market'), or BAD?
3. How do you think Nike can enforce trademark laws in countries that don’t have trademark protection?
To me, it seems like an uphill battle...makes me think that's why it took them so long to do something...
