Y’all know me - I buy all kinds of stuff at clearance stores and outlets and consignment shops - a few months ago I copped this brand new @nike heritage backpack (want to say it was at an outlet or clearance store but don’t remember and can’t find the receipt) - shit broke after maybe 10-12 uses. It’s completely useless now.
I contacted Nike stores they told me they couldn’t help but corporate could. So I contacted corporate they told me they couldn’t help but store could.
What should I do?
