I love seeing stuff like this. I love seeing what could have been. I love judging it against what actually is.
I’ve said it before and still stand by it - I love the sheer absurdity of the pair that (kind of) actually released (in ridiculously stupid low numbers). But I also know that even if I owned them I would never wear them. They’re too off the wall wild for me.
And it’s kinda crazy because there seems to be only a couple of small changes - the grass on the quarter and the yellow ‘melting’ swoosh. It’s funny because if you take just those two things away, it looks like a much more palpable shoe for my 41 year old tastes.
What do y’all think of these? Would you prefer to rock these over the released version?
