Seeing all these people complain on Twitter that Nike didn't release a special 'scoring title' set of Lebron sneakers, I had a couple of thoughts.
1) I have zero insider information on this point, but I can say with 100% confidence that Nike will most certainly be releasing several 'scoring title' versions of Lebron's sneakers here in the future. I can already see the marketing behind the Pink 20's - 'scoring title 20's, reverse scoring title 20's, un-scoring title 20's, suede scoring title 20's, PRM scoring title 20's, Supreme x scoring title 20's). There is ZERO doubt in my mind that this is likely already being talked about in hundreds of meetings across the organization.

2) This had me wondering about the exact number of different Lebron-centric designs that Nike has already released and whether or not the world is aching for another one...
As of Wednesday, a simple search of the term 'Lebron' on GOAT brings back 2,404 results, and StockX shows 1,267. To put that in perspective - if we took the lower number (from StockX) and production on ALL Lebrons stopped today, and you were given a brand new pair of Lebrons to wear EVERY SINGLE DAY from here on out, it would be almost 2027 before you were done wearing wearing every pair already in existence JUST ONCE.
I understand the desire for the 'I was there!' artifacts of proof, but sometimes...putting things in perspective can actually shift the perspective.
