After 35 Years, We're Closing Up Shop!

It is with mixed feelings that Blue Ribbon Trading Cards, a subsidiary of The Sneaker Savant LLC, announces the official wind-down of operations after thirty-five years in the business of making cards. The brand began in 1989 with a small, hand-drawn run titled Klops - produced by a kid who didn't yet know he'd spend his life around cards and sneakers - and evolved through the Blue Ribbon era from the mid-1990s through 2023.
Today the card-making continues under our sister brand, 1 To Stock, also under the umbrella of The Sneaker Savant LLC. But Blue Ribbon's run is officially complete.
To send the brand off properly, we are distributing the remaining Blue Ribbon-era inventory - real cards, in good condition, from the same runs that went out commercially. We printed more copies than the market absorbed, and the leftovers have been sitting in boxes ever since. Answer a question to claim yours. Free surprise pack sent to your door - details below.

The first cards. Hand-drawn, produced in editions of one. Mostly traded with neighborhood kids; a few went to family members who still have them somewhere. Three originals survive. Scanned below.

Blue Ribbon Trading Cards 1995 – 2023 |
The brand era. Blue Ribbon ran for nearly three decades under the umbrella of The Sneaker Savant LLC, producing a steady stream of small-run sets that were distributed in modest quantities. We consistently printed more copies than the market absorbed, and those extras have been sitting in boxes ever since. The cards being distributed here all come from this era's overstock. Notable releases included 824 Pack 2020, Dunky Dunks 2021, Air Max Pax 2022, and NBA One Day 2023.
