I'm gonna leave this one here cuz I really just want to hear what y'all have to say about it...At one point in my life, I thought that 'perfection' was the goal when it came to product manufacturing, but now I've come to understand that most companies believe more in the 'good enough' category...
To me - the flaw pictured is a give-in - how else do you attache leather to the sole? Sure, it could have been slightly cleaner, but it pretty much HAS to have a seam. But a post like this makes me wonder...does anyone actually *think* about how these things are produced or manufactured or assembled (ie: BY HAND)? Or do they just assume computers are doing all the work?
