Learned something new the other day…did you know Reebok did a 2-shoe PRINCE pack?
A court victory pump and an Instapump fury in different shades of purple (rain). I love the font on the word mark…definitely purplerainish.
I cried when 2pac died, but when Prince died I felt like a part of my childhood was gone…my parents listened to Prince A LOT when I was a kid so you could say I kinda grew up on his music.
I remember where I was (Hawaii) and the shoes I was wearing (Flyknit racers) when he died and the whole situation ate away at me for weeks. The reason it bothered me so much was because I never actually saw him perform in person AND I actually had a chance to buy tickets to his last show EVER in Oakland and I decided to pass because it it sounded too expensive…$400.
Anyways…the shoes…I love it when someone (this time it was @mrjerrycm ) sends me something I didn’t know existed and this pair hits… if anyone has a line on these let me know!
