But following up on a banger…maybe we should ask snoop: Doggystyle changed the (rap) world but Tha Doggfather was a grade A frisbee.
But for real I don’t know if I can recall a time when the sneaker world was so hard up for originality that they was posting (fake) leak after (fake) leak to be the first (myself included).
Fact is…to me…this is a compelling product and to see the love the first one is getting…I’m curious as to the follow up. One hit wonders are obviously far too common and I do not envy the position of the designers of the 2…because…obviously…no matter what…people are going to measure it against the 1.
I suppose the good thing is tho, if the 2 is a flop, the 3 can still bang. Get it get it!
