I know only a small sliver of y’all followers have even a shred of respect for Reebok at this stage of the game, but lemme tell you they had a moment in the 80’s and the 90’s that has more or less imprinted on (some of) our brains…
Every time I’m out and about and I come across a pair of 1983 Reebok Classic Leathers, I’m reminded that they may just have the greatest shape in all of sneakers. It’s sleek and wide enough for toes at the same time and has the perfect rise. It’s wild. It’s one of the only white on white shoes I own and simply cannot get rid of. The pump on the last slide (I saw today) will live in my dreams til I can find them for sub $40.
I know air max 1 heads’ll drop $1k+ for ‘the shape’, but how many of y’all sneakerheads will drop $30 on some Reebok classics for ‘the shape’?
