If y’all aint following... IMHO... #ether is about to make another run. Currently at it’s all time high of $2.1k, we’ve all seen what Bitcoin has done over the past few months. Putting NFT’s on the Ether blockchain has proven to be quite expensive - but what that means is that if your NFT has staying power and the person who created it has a long term vision it’s possible it will also follow the growth of the currency. Let’s hope the fees don’t, though (eek). That’s NOT always going to be the case, but it’ll probably be the case for those who are successful at building collectibles.  
 
As for the art - @sonsofblackmaria and I worked on this one similar to the one that @rtfktstudios built a while back...the idea was that the shoe would change every time someone placed a new bid on it...it would get just a bit darker with every bid (up to 10 bids) until it hit it’s final form (the devil’s shoes). I couldn’t figure out how to list it like that without significant development, so I think I’m just going to list it as a basic auction on Rarible. Above is the short version...winning bidder gets the long version. Long version is 10+ spins of the shoe getting progressively darker.  
 
So the big idea behind this NFT was to make five copies of these on the Ether blockchain. I wanted to gift one to @lilnasx , one to @mschf , one to @preachersnsneakers , one to a follower (just a random person with a useful or insightful comment on the post) and try to put the last one up for bid on @rariblecom . I don’t want to MINT them until I can get wallet addresses from anyone yet, tho. Good idea? Bad idea?
