Call this ‘news’ to me as I only *just* found tbis @hypebeast article from 2018 this morning…in 2018, I doubt I would have even cared but I think it brings up an interesting question…

It appears as the original logo wasn’t exactly trademarked, and it also appears that it’s just an extremely basic concept (almost like the idea of a logo being a blank circle)…does that mean all is fair game? I’ve never looked into the origins nor his explanation behind the logo so it’s all new to me, but I wonder…

It seems as tho Virgil did, in fact, change the length of the arrows and added that little bar on it…so his 3% suggestion is hittin’…but…for example…can someone just take the swoosh and elongate it and use it as their logo for a new car company @sneakerlegal ? Where exactly is the line drawn?
