This is the problem with being deliberate and thoughtful about posting serious topics: sometimes, what you thought long and hard about wanting to post about, it’s already out of the news cycle by the time you get your thoughts together…
Initially I wanted to ask how your sneaker consumption habits might change if the retail price of sneakers jumps by 50%…and then…I thought…Trump did this cuz he saw yall acting like some maniacs at sneakercon..
As for me - none of this really changes my stance. I don’t think I’ve bought a pair of shoes at retail (from a retailer) at retail price in several years…just not my thing considering how much *gently used* stuff is on the market and how cheap most of it is..doesn’t seem like it’s be good for the marketplace, tho, although, lower production numbers might bring us back to some form of normalcy…
