I know I said @1tostock was more for my #nft posts, but this has so much overlap it’s be criminal not to post.
If you remember - these were posted a few months back - the NFT was the preorder and those who bought the NFT were recently sent the physical pairs. Original pairs sold for $1.5k each.
$50k on @stockx via @rtfktstudios and @fewocious . Personally I don’t like these in the least, but for those arguing it’s a ‘fad’, you gotta remember - new money (and new CRYPTO money) has finally figured out how to actually monetize art in a real democratic way. I’m still 100% in on NFTs - almost more so than I am sneaker chasing at this point.
What do y’all think is next? Cuz me, @sonsofblackmaria , @marrio_restores and @voidequipment are gonna try something different…
