A funny thing tends to happen when you have a shoe that only a handful of other people have…
For whatever reason, this pair sold for $120k through @sothebys courtesy of @pgknows and @solesupreme (from what I know). Yet today - there are multiple pairs on the market sitting at around $40k.
So what is the true ‘value’ of the shoe? $120k? $40k? Less?
Big sales like the @sothebys sale require a whole lot of ‘right place/right time’ factors and it’s dope to see when it works out but I almost feel bad for those who can’t move at even 1/3rd that price…
Anyway…it just piqued my interest when it popped up. Carry on.
