It’s comments and the ‘outrage’ around stuff like this that actually give me the slightest bit of empathy for certain corporations. Like I get that these corporations are 95% bad, but dealing with super-vocal (yet completely uneducated) customers like this that makes me cringe. Know what you’re dealing with before you go crying foul. Double check, and then cry foul.
