I’ve always been a ‘mid’ guy, so interesting to actually see these numbers (and how OFF @goat is in their search results like wtf dude)..

The interesting story here is that @goat and @stockx have changed their search algorithms to intentionally deceive in the hopes of pointing you towards something different if you haven’t found enough (ie a recommendation engine).

AI like @chatgpt and @claudeai are providing much cleaner, accurate data (even if it’s not perfect). What do we think the true number is? IMO 1500-2500 diff skus for the AF1 sounds about right but maybe someone like @ervinshoes or @pgknows or @jonblaze27 or @john.cocozza.1 can drop some estimates?

I suppose when just about everything on the internet exists to sell something to someone else, history starts to fall out in favor of sales..

Or, at least, that’s how I look at it 🤷
