I’ve been actually spending a bit of time thinking about what it is exactly that triggers those processes in the minds of collectors that make us say ‘I’ve gotta have that’…and I think it boils down to this concept that we evolved to be hunter/gatherers. For whatever reason - maybe marketing or peer pressure - our brains somehow take a ‘rare and shiny object’ and equate it with ‘better and longer life’. So it’s kinda interesting to see these ‘rare and shiny objects’ lose their rarity and the subsequent glut that follows. Jordan 1 & Dunk bootlegs are a perfect example…

Again, I’ve never cared for Yeezy II’s, but I’m all for demystifying them…I believe it’s @father_llc that is selling these. Do what you do!
