When you’ve been into shoes as long as I have, it’s shocking when a release went completely under your radar. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does I always invariably look at the date of the release post and wonder what I was doing at the time…
For these - released in 2015 - I’m thinking back to the first few days of the second startup I worked for and the official launch of ‘The Sneaker Savant’ - Yeezy 350’s, Jordan 29’s, and NMDs to come at the very end of the year. The Warriors winning their first chip in 40 years in June, and the birth of my first kid…all good reasons to completely space out on this release…
Anyway…embroidered swoosh, corduroy heel and tongue and the shiny nylon make this a dope pack. If anyone has the line on a size 9 for a reasonable price hit me up!
