I posted this on my story the other day and got a TON of DMs…everyone seems baffled. And apparently I am *late* to the party.

So, again I ask, when in the hell did Black Cat 4’s become a $750 shoe?

I purchased the first version of this shoe in like 2006 or whatever…I want to say that was the first *new* retro 4 I ever owned…and I think the first triple black shoe I ever owned, as well. They got a bit of wear from me but it took me about a few years to realize that triple black shoes just weren’t my thing…I want to say I sold them for like $100 maybe 5 or 6 years later.

I’ve seen countless pairs over the years at my shops and I don’t even give them a second glance. It’s just not a very appealing shoe to me…Pure Money’s same thing.

So what am I missing? Does anyone know what the reasoning behind these prices actually is? $750+ for a triple black Jordan that came out like 2 years ago?

It really had me wondering if there are other shoes (like this) with inexplicable resale prices…it just don’t make no damn sense!
