Call me old, call me out of touch, call me washed, call me whatever...but...goddam...I miss the days when @ebay was the only game in town.
Not only did they let it all fly, if you were looking for something you only had one search to make.
Now, just off the top of my head, when I'm searching for something, this is what I hit (in no particular order): @stockx , @goat , @mercari , @depop , @poshmark , @offerup , @facebookmarketplace , @grailed , @ebay and now, sometimes, @tradeblock.us . And I'm sure I'm missing some.
Sure, I like the hunt as much as the next person...but...the hunt just isn't as fun going through 10 different marketplaces.
But wait! Don't forget! The company that prioritized [paid] 'community' above all else has now a marketplace too!
I'm getting too damn old for this.
