I know there's lots of news lately about how IG is going stale and they're trying to catch up with @tiktok ...I have my ideas as to why this is the reality, but I'm not sure they even matter ...it just is what it is.

Mainly, I think the fact that their customer service simply does not exist is at the top of my list...someone mentioned a while back that they'd be happy to pay a $10/month fee to have customer support for their account and I agree - I'd probably pay 10x that amount to ensure my hard work doesn't get pulled down for now reason. So, yeah, nothing has been done to help 'creators' who have found themselves stuck between a rock and a hard place.

The other day, I saw an advertisement for IG account insurance, offered by a 3rd party company...and...although I think it's kind of silly...this is perfect example of someone utilizing customer pain points to 'fill gaps in the market'.

I know that IG was never intended to be what it became, but, again, when customers are ignored, there seems to be plenty of opportunity for other entities to capitalize.

What do you think? Is this something you think we are going to see more of in the future?
