A bit early for this weeks 'Legit Check Chronicles', but I figured it was in line with yesterdays discussion...
This was more than a month ago, but someone posted on the Reddit that the @tradeblock.us app was actually really bad with legit checks. I didn't even see a mention of it on IG and it dominated my twitter for maybe a day. ONE day. And this conversation was deaded with a quickness.
The fact is, many legit checks ARE difficult. I don't know if anyone is *purposefully* going out there trying to do a sh*tty job, but it happens. The nature of the business makes it an absolute CERTAINTY that you're gonna get caught up from time to time, especially when you're dealing in bulk. I've only been privvy to 5 trades on Tradeblock and don't know much about what goes on behind the scenes, (so I can't speak much on their process), but I don't know if they're any better or any worse than the big BIG dogs in the space.
Any of y'all have a bad experience? And...for bonus points...can y'all think of any significant improvements to an idea like Tradeblock?
