Forgive my lateness, but I've been trying to fit this into my posts and just haven't found the right time...I suppose now might be the right time as I'm talking a bit about sneaker grading and MJ rookies...
There's a bit of text, but basically the pic says it all:
A PSA 8/10 recently sold for $115k, while a Beckett 8.5/10 recently sold for $36k.
An $80k markup on a card that has a WORSE grade.
I think there are a lot of factors into something like this...but...is the market for this particular rookie just THAT much smaller that once one gets sold there just aren't all that many more buyers?
