Had a quick convo with a buddy the other day and he told me that he sold some Kobe 6 Grinches for $3k on StockX. $3k!
We went back and forth for a while and compared our greatest hits...in a long line of flips, I'd have to say my best USD hit was the one above, which was about ~7 years ago. I swore to the buyer I would never reveal this sale, so I think the image should suffice...I used all of the money from that flip to help build 'The Sneaker Savant'...if I kept those shoes, I bet I could have auctioned them through Sotheby's for probably $20-30k.
My ETH hit on those Flying Formations NFT shoes was actually quite a bit nicer (I flipped a 2 ETH purchase into 7.5 ETH IIRC), but I didn't even have shoes in hand, so I'm not sure if those totally count...
