The incredible story behind the
Jordan 4 'Craft' (Better known as Jordan 4 'Potters
Wheel')
(3/6)
"Up until that point, I had never met anyone like him. Working with Michael on 'Ghost' was the most spiritual experience of my life. From the moment we met, I felt a real kinship with him. We bonded over our shared love of acting and the creative process.
He was a much stronger "Sam Wheat" than Swayze, but I'm not sure it fully fit the story as well. Thing was, he was always eager to take direction, and his enthusiasm was contagious. He was a true professional and a joy to work with.
But what really endeared him to me was his gentle touch when it came to pottery. He was so dedicated to learning the craft, and it was clear that he found himself through it. It was inspiring to see him find a new passion and I don't think any of us would have known what a master he was had he not put his hands around that wheel.
Overall, I found a real connection with Michael Jordan on set and I was honored to be able to share the screen with him and have the opportunity to work with such a talented and dedicated human being."
